General Shipping Information

We offer standard free shipping on all orders, which is automatically applied at Checkout.

We typically process products within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation message.

Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 3-10 business days using ground delivery depending on your location.

All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouses or our Amazon FBA Inventory.

As of the moment, our transactions are only made within USA

In cases where high volume of orders is made simultaneously, we are prompt to advise you right away of any changes that could be made in your shipping and delivery. We will contact you via email or phone to make sure you are aware of such issue.

Additional Shipping Information

1. Items out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

2. Tracking Notifications

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include related tracking number you can use to check its status.

3. Shipping Delays

We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.

4. Shipping Damages

If an order is damaged or lost while in transit, we will contact you immediately to amend the issue.

If a product damage is realized upon opening the package, kindly contact us immediately. Provide photos/videos for proper reporting and keep the package with all its inclusions intact as we provide you with an immediate solution of replacement/refund.

5. Change of Delivery Address

Before the order has been dispatched, we are able to change the address at any time.

If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier provided service to update your address or make delivery arrangements directly through the carrier. You need to bear the shipping cost.

6. Cancellation

Please contact us to cancel in time before delivery.

If the product has been shipped, we will notify the carrier to intercept it, and the refund can be cancelled after the interception is successful.

If the interception fails, you can only wait for the product to arrive at the destination and send it back by yourself. You will then shoulder its shipping cost. After review, we can refund.
