At BaseAire, we are committed to providing you with the best products and services. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super simple.

Cancel order

Customers may contact the official BaseAire store by email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel it.

Please note that if the product has already been shipped, a transaction fee may be charged depending on the payment channel.

*Please note that our cancelation service is only available on business days and during business hours. Therefore, we recommend that you submit your cancelation request during business hours so that we can respond to you as soon as possible.

Product lost/damaged received

  • If the product is not delivered or lost, please contact us immediately.
  • If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and provide video and/or picture proof.

30 days refund guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The refund process begins once the returned item is sent back to BaseAire warehouse for inspection.

  • If you are returning only one product, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the suggested retail price for the accessory.
  • Items must be complete, unused and contain the original packaging.
  • For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For quality related warranty claims, BaseAire will provide a full refund or free replacement.
  • An order cannot be canceled 30 days after shipment.

If the item does not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.

How can I return a product?

1. You may submit a claim form or contact BaseAire Customer Service at support@baseaire.com to initiate the return process. Please provide customer service with proof of purchase, such as an invoice or screenshot of your order number.

2. You will receive detailed return information within 24 hours.

3. In order for us to process your refund promptly, please send BaseAire a return notification with the following information:

  • Name of courier
  • Tracking number

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item has arrived at BaseAire's warehouse and its validity has been confirmed. The refund will be processed the same way as your original order. The processing time is usually 3-5 business days.
