Free shipping for all orders

All orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Notes:

  • In case of high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email if this happens.
  • Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will cancel the out of stock item and refund you while we ship the rest of the order.

Where does BaseAire ship to?

BaseAire orders currently ship to the continental United States only (excluding offshore islands and overseas territories).

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

If the tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@baseaire.com

  • Please make sure you fill in all the necessary information on the order page, otherwise the shipment will not be processed
  • Please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct. We are not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information.

How will my goods be shipped?

All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse or from our Amazon FBA inventory.

Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.
